Description:   Fragmentary; the profile complete. Restored in plaster. Rosette in small rough medallion. A zone of palmettes spring from the scraped groove. Above it two rows of large triangular leaves grooved along their edges. In the figured zone, pairs of goats rampant, facing kraters. Sea serpents in the spaces between. Upper zone, double band of ovolos.
Glaze black to red; worn on the bottom.
Context:   Komos cistern.
