Description:   Tile-lined well at T/18,19-14/4,5 (Byzantine). Reused in Byzantine times, originally Roman (?). Upper 1.85m. built of mortared rubble, tile-lined below. Diameter ca. 0.70m., depth 6.80m., top at ca. 68.40m.
10 rows of tiles, each ca. 0.33m. high, bricks between each row. Crude construction, handholes.
Dumped and period of use fill of the 2nd half of the 10th c. A.D.
