Description: | Broken all around, but full thickness apparently preserved. A bedding of rough stones about the size of a man's fist, over which a thick layer of cement has been poured. In this cement flat stones from the sea or from a riverbed have been set on edge, and the surface has been ground down smooth and flat. These stones form no pattern. They are of varying sizes and range in color from white to dark gray. | |
