Title:   Euthynteria Block with Mason's Mark
Category:   Architecture Marble
Description:   Top surface: Setting line 0.155m. from front edge; the surface in front of this polished; behind, finished with chisel. Cuttings for H-clamps at each end; a rectangular dowel hole in about center of stone; and two shallow pry holes behind this. Mason's mark: Δ Δ Ε.
Front surface: Upper part finished with a chisel, the lower part, which projects ca. 0.035m. is left rough.
Ends: The two ends are joint surfaces with rough-picked centers and smooth finished anathyrosis bands. At both ends at the bottom the surface is worn and no traces of the anathyrosis band exist.
Bottom and back: Both of these are rough somewhat broken surfaces with no traces of finish or cuttings preserved.
