Bowl with shallow inset wall; underside slightly concave, with bevelled edge; a groove near the edge. Slip-over lid, the rounded edge of the top set off from the deep wall by a light groove and by a heavier groove on the top, above. Thin glaze wash on the inside of the bowl; better glaze on the bevel. Reserved on the lid: the interior, two bands outside at top and bottom of wall, a circle around the top where it joins the rounded edge, and two circles at center.
