Shallow open bowl on high almost straight-sided ring foot. Rim flat on top, very slightly thickened; attachments of one handle preserved. Thin black glaze inside, on rim and handle-attachments, and for a broad band around body and on foot.
For the shape and proportions, though with different handle schemes, see the late 7th century banded bowls or lidless lekanides, as P 19799 Agora, VIII, pl. 7, 111. 1821 should be among the earliest pieces in its deposit.
