Foot, stem and handles missing.

Fillet at top of stem with scraped groove above. On neck in applied clay, ΑΦ[Π⟧ΟΔΙΤΗΣ. Decoration inside: five alternately linked palmettes, within rouletting.

For the fillet at the top of the stem, see Corinth C-31-395, from the Asklepieion, Votive Deposit 5: Corinth, XIV, pl. 48, 11, very close but also with foot missing.
