Three-fourths of rim, half of lower body, and upper molding at base of knob restored; top of knob missing. Knob and lid do not join.

Horizontal outer zone, with scraped groove at outer edge, separated from rising center by molding between two scraped grooves. Torus molding at top, below knob. Nonjoining knob is hollow, convex, tapering at top, with shallow groove at bottom. Horizontal, outer zone: ivy garland. Rising center: grapevine with white wavy main stem and dot rosettes. Knob: myrtle garland accented with groups of three dots. Shiny-to-metallic black glaze, outside only.
