Bell.
Broken at top; chips of lower wall missing.
Flaring ring foot; beveled resting surface; pointed underside. Sharp ridge above foot. Beehive-shaped body with horizontal, wheel-run grooves. At top of preserved section, a narrow, ungrooved band, then a broad groove and another ungrooved band. Two small holes in wall at top, opposite one another, probably drilled after firing.
Micaceous, light red fabric (2.5YR 6/6); shiny black glaze, thin glaze inside.
