Bottom Of Closed Vessel: Pyxis?

Lower part of vessel, with half of circumference chipped away.

Flat underside, slightly concave at center, with beveled edge.

Tapering, concave wall with scraped groove at junction with projection at bottom. Dull red-to-brown glaze inside and outside; miltos.
