Plastic Vessel: African?

Left eye and cheek and part of crown of head preserved, broken all around.

Eyebrows painted orange. Lower eyelid orange, iris white. On head, row of four globular elements (locks?) across forehead, two more further back on head. Within these a thin fillet encircling head, with small, heart-shaped leaves nestled among larger globular elements. Back irregular, nearly flat. Metallic black glaze inside and outside.
