Cup Or Bowl.
Wall fragment, broken all around.
Lower body curves in to foot, which is now broken away. Upper body nearly vertical, slightly convex, and decorated in relief: front half of bovine walking left, traces of another motif to left. Very micaceous, pink fabric (5YR 7/4); metallic brown glaze.
Possibly an imitation of western sigillata. Profile similar to Dragendorff Form 29, but the foot appears to have been broader. Oxen walking left figure among the motifs on western terra sigillata: Dragendorff and Watzinger 1948, no. 161, p. 190, pl. 15; Oswald 1936--1937, nos. 1881, 1882, 1886, p. 122, pl. LXXVI.
