Small part of lower neck and upper shoulder preserved.

Neck: vertical ribbon visible beside handle attachment; part of rectangular pattern of dots, with thick stem above. Shoulder: as 410, with cross replaced by rosette. Torch and rosette at left not preserved. Cornucopia with white body, two double hoops with white dots within them and three sprouts across top, a frond hanging down at either side. Bunch of grapes has three dotted tendrils and leaf. Flames of torch blow left, two white fillets hang from either side. Rosette has alternating petals and fronds, white within petals and at center. Dull black glaze.
