Slightly concave underside, reserved and painted with miltos.

Globular body curves out smoothly into flaring rim. Handle round in section. Dull brown to shiny black glaze on outside and on inside of rim; interior unglazed.

Context, according to notebooks, is mid-5th century, but Sparkes and Talcott rejected the piece as intrusive.
