Four non-joining fragments of rim and wall with start of underside. P 18414 a + c and P 18007 preserve the full profile of the rim. Glaze much pitted on outside. Est. diam. at rim 0.218; max. dim. P 18414 a + c) 0.022; b) 0.127, e) 0.09;d + P 18007) 0.095. LIMC III, 1986, p. 136, no. 29, pl. 112 (P 18414 a + c), s.v. Boreas; W. Agard, Classical Journal 61, 1966, p. 245, fig. 7: P 18414 (a + c).

Boreas and Oreithyia; Peleus and Thetis. At the right of P 18414 a + c is Boreas (back of head, top of wings, left hand, most of legs missing) flying to right, dressed in a cloak. P 18414 b continues this subject. It preserves the upper part of Oreithyia dressed in a chiton and himation, her arms outstretched. She flees to right, looking back at Boreas. At the right of this fragment are the outstretched right arm and the end of the beard of Erechtheus, who comes toward her. The rest of the figures belong to the Peleus and Thetis scene, the hero and goddess not preserved. Behind Boreas, on P 18414 a + c, there are two Nereids (lower face, upper drapery, part of arms of left; the other from the waist up) fleeing to right, looking back, each dressed in a chiton and himation. The first holds a dolphin in her left hand; the second has one in her right (all that remains is the tail). In front of the latter is an altar (right half) with flames on top and a stain of blood on its side. Fragment P 18414 d + P 18007 gives most of the head and outstretched right arm of another Nereid dressed in a chiton and holding a dolphin (head) in her left hand (now missing). Fragment e preserves a hand, very likely that of the left Nereid on P 18414 a + c. Above the figures, maeander pattern. Reserved line for ground. Red: fillets; flames; blood. Dilute glaze: muscles; folds of chiton of Nereid to left of altar.

The potting lines and the character of the glaze on the inside favor this arrangement of the fragments. For Boreas and Oreithyia, see 36.
