Fragment a (illustrated) preserves most of the filleted head and a little of the chest of a youth to left. Fragment b comes from the other side and only gives the top and back of the head of a youth, also to left. Preliminary sketch. Relief contour. Dilute glaze: muscles of youth on a. Red: fillet.

Bothmer saw that 1341 belongs to a cup-skyphos, not to a cup.
