Mended with the missing pieces restored in plaster and painted. Rim offset on inside. Molded ring base. On underside of floor, two reserved circles and band. Glaze fired grayish on inside. I (illustrated), two nude athletes conversing, the left one leaning on a pillar. Irregular reserved line for tondo border. A (illustrated)--B, three nude athletes, the center one frontal, head in profile to left, the other two facing him. Between each on this side and between 2 and 3 on the other is a stele or a goal post and hanging on the wall is an aryballos (no peg for the one on Side B). On Side B, one athlete is preserved only from the legs down, except for his outstretched right hand; small bits of the others missing on both sides. Palmette and tendrils at each handle.
