Three non-joining bowl fragments, a and b with part of lip. Reserved line on inside of lip at rim. Glaze slightly greenish on outside. Est. diam. at rim 0.22; max. dim. a) 0.124, b) 0.028, c) 0.055.

A, satyrs and maenads. Fragment a (illustrated) shows the left hand of a maenad to right, holding a thyrsos, facing a satyr (right foot, left leg from the knee down missing) whose right leg is raised and bent, the foot resting on a rock (now missing). His right hand is raised, his left rests on his hip. Over his upper right arm and left forearm appears a bit of his himation. Next comes a maenad (head, shoulders, right half of body) frontal with head turned to right, her right hand on her hip. She wears a chiton and himation. Fragment b preserves the back of the head of a maenad looking to left. Fragment c gives the middle parts of a satyr bent over to right. Behind him is part of the handle ornament. Preliminary sketch. Dilute glaze: folds of maenad's chiton.
