Floor fragment with start of stem. Glaze slightly greenish on outside; pitted in places. Max. dim. 0.046; est. diam. of tondo 0.11.
I, nude male (all of right leg, buttocks, start of left thigh) crouching to left. At the very bottom of the fragment, reserved line for tondo border. Relief contour.
Should be by the Euergides Painter (Beazley, summer 1953); not in ARV2. Cf. 1529. Perhaps from the same cup as 1530, but there is just not enough preserved to be sure; therefore, they are best kept separate.
