Rim fragment with start of wall. Narrow reserved band on inside at rim. Glaze slightly greenish in places. Max. dim. 0.145; est. diam. at rim 0.40.

Woman (top of head with diadem) to right. On rim, laurel wreath to left with fruit. White: dots in diadem.

Beazley (ARV2 1345, ---) suggested that the woman stands in a chariot; if so, this explains why part of her diadem overlaps the reserved area between the body and start of rim.

Compare the Suessula Painter (ARV2 1345, ---).
