Four non-joining fragments. Streaky reddish brown glaze on inside. There are fifteen non-joining, undecorated, and unlettered fragments which belong. Max. dim. a) 0.053, b) 0.024, c) 0.039, d) 0.24. Choes and Anthesteria, p. 82, cat. no. 177.

Fragment a (illustrated) preserves a youth (most of his wreathed head, right shoulder, and right arm) standing to left, holding two spears. He wears a chlamys fastened at the shoulder and a petasos that hangs down his back. At the far left at the break is part of another figure: what remains looks like a bit of a hand holding a walking stick. Fragment b gives more of the spears from very near the ground line (glaze on inside compares favorably with that on c). Fragment c preserves a bit of the side frame (reserved line) as well as a little of the stopped-maeander below the panel. Fragment d gives more of this pattern. Preliminary sketch. White (flaked): wreath.
