Title:   Deep Bowl Fragment: Patterned

Description:   Rim of skyphos.
Dark red on buff.
ADDENDA 2018: Two joining sherds to a medium deep bowl with very short flaring rim.
The exterior decoration consists of a narrow lip band and a handle zone decorated with a hybrid flower with parallel chevron and vertical wavy line fill.
The interior is undecorated with the exception of a narrow lip band.
The paint is thick and evenly applied, fired red-brown. There is a large exterior burn mark, but no traces of use-wear.
