Description:   Inscribed block of early Christian Epitaph.
Broken away at the bottom and along the edge of the left side; on the right side a moulding.
On the top end a dowel cutting. At the lower end of the inscribed surface a hole for a door jamb.
Inscribed with four letters, in two lines; other lines of the inscription below (?).
Surface of marble crumbly.
Pentelic marble.
Context:   Found in a marble dump, in the area south of the Tholos.
