Description:   Inscribed base.
The stone is complete except for the edges around the top surface, all of which have been broken away. In the center of the top surface a rough picked surface which is certainly the bottom of the cutting for a statue. There is a badly worked moulding on the front and two sides. The back is a joint surface, with a band of anathyrosis.
Archonship of Polyzelos.
Twenty-three lines of the inscription preserved.
Pentelic marble.
Context:   Found in modern wall, north of the Odeion.
