Description:   All sides broken except for the left, which is finely picked. The left edge of the face of the inscription is damaged. The left side has a smooth band at the edge (anathyrosis ?).
Parts of seven lines of the inscription preserved.

Context:   Found in late Roman context, in the Great Drain, east of the Temple of Apollo Patroos.
