Description:   Remains of two or more lamps; crumpled together before firing and afterwards burnt to a hard porous dark gray.
The discus of one lamp shows a dog, left, with coat indicated in gouged technique; upper part of body missing.
On the discus of the other lamp, remains of rays. Parts of two handles, also appears.
The lamps seem not to have been standing on top of the other when crushed. Each discus faces out, and on top of the dog discus is the grooved base, bottom side up.
Type XXVIII of Corinth collection.
