Description:   About one-quarter of the lip and one-third of the body wall, with the start of one handle, preserved. Restored in plaster. High conical foot.
Dull black glaze over inside, lower part of outside and foot. A reserved line around the inside of the lip and the bottom of the foot. The upper part of the body reserved, and decorated on the preserved side with a crosshatched rectangle between two sets of concentric circles. This rectangle, and the reserved area, bordered by double lines of glaze. One line behind, and another over each handle, these lines continuing down across the horizontal bands of the border.
Buff clay with a few bits. Glaze black and fairly firm; worn in the decoration.
