Title:   Jug with Rouletting

Description:   Fragment of a small round-bodied mug or jug; one handle with part of the wall and rim preserved. Round neck-mouth, vertical outside, concave inside; grooved on the outside. Grooved vertical handle rising above the lip; a small round thumb-rest on its top. Bands of rouletted nicking cover the shoulder.
Light brownish clay; rather light red matte glaze wash over outside and lip inside.
Context:   Cistern, layer II.
