Title:   Stamnos Fragment with Paint Decoration

Description:   Fragment of widely curved shoulder and vertical rim preserved; one attachment for horizontal handle.
Light yellow-buff clay. Outside covered with white slip. Band of black paint at juncture of side and rim, band of orange just below. At the handle line a wavy band, unslipped, suggests that a color may have peeled away.
Context:   Cistern.
