ADDENDA Miltos tested for Fe+++ using acidified potassium ferroncyanide microchemical spot test (Odegaard, et al.: Material Characterization Tests for Objects in Art and Archaeology. London, 2000, p. 62-63). Test was positive indicating an iron oxide pigment (miltos) [Nov. 2000, J. Unruh, A. Jawando]. | |
