Title:   Black Glaze Basin and Stand

Description:   Less than half of basin preserved; restored in plaster. The stand broken below. Shallow bowl with heavy square moulded rim, three rounded ridges on top, and three on vertical face. Moulding at junction of stand and bowl. Remains of two large holes pierced in opposite sides of stand, probably in wet clay.
Soft pinkish-buff clay; unglazed.
