Description:   Mended from many pieces; missing bits from rim and sides and one handle. Base intact. Shape and decoration similar to P 1371. Two circles and dot on center inside; white sprays between palmettes; moulded ring round base of stem; outer edge of foot straight.
ADDENDA P 1371: Reserved, outside: handle zone, top of stem underneath, the resting surface and outer edge of foot, narrow band below handle zone; inside: a line just within the edge of the rim, the center with small glazed circle. Handle zone decorated with palmettes. Short plain stem.
Context:   Rectangular rockcut shaft.
