Description: | Neck and mouth, both handles, much of wall and chips from foot are missing; body restored in plaster. Neat flaring foot, concave below with small central cone; ovoid body; handles from mid-shoulder. A broad reserved band around body is decorated with a narrow black glaze band between two purple ones; just below is another pair of purple bands, and a third pair halfway to the foot. Pinkish-buff clay, poor black glaze. | |
