Title:   Black Figure Cup Fragment

Description:   Fragment from wall and rim of a deep cup, the rim offset outside by a light ridge. Part of one handle attachment preserved. At right of handle, head and shoulders of a bearded draped man, right. Purple for the man's hair and beard. Reserved: the inner edge of lip. Careful incision for interior details.
Pinkish-buff clay; good black glaze inside, on outside of rim, and for a band above figured zone.
Context:   Well 6, lower fill.
