Description: | Mended from two pieces; a small bit of the slightly out-turned rim preserved. Reserved, the handle zone, a band beneath and two narrow ones at the lip, one inside and one outside. In the handle zone, draped and bearded Dionysos seated right on cross-legged stool, his left hand extended toward the vine filling ornament. Incision for interior details hasty and scant. No accessory color. Glaze on the inside fired red; also on the lower part of the outside. What remains of the black is dull, much flaked and worn. | |
