Title: | Vessel Fragment with Strainer
Category: | Pottery | |
Description: | A single fragment preserves somewhat less than half the low ring foot and some of the side wall. In the bottom, within the circle of the foot, are some very neatly made holes, ca. 0.006 in diameter. Two are completely preserved, two partially. These were probably originally seven, a center one and a circle of six around it. The fabric is exactly that of the "handmade" water jars (cf. P 14074, Ψ 753). Cf. Agora XII, no. 1648.
