Description: | Base and about one-fifth of lower side wall preserved. Double rosette in base medallion, ridges and scraped groove around; above, a double row of fronds, from which rise grape vines, probably originally four, dividing the side wall into four panels; above the fronds, hares and hounds; then, in each panel, at least one large figure (part of one draped female and one nude male figure preserved), with tripod and bird in field. Pinkish-buff clay. Glaze on inside fired brown to red. | |
