Description: | Fragments from neck of volute krater near rim, broken all around. a) Upper parts of three figures preserved: satyr at right, both arms raised; next toward left a female figure with left arm raised; at left, a third figure of which only top of head and left hand are preserved. b) Maenad (lower half) and satyr (head, right leg and arm missing) moving to right; might be parts of the two first figures. Added purple for female flesh. Red and white dots on the woman's dress; the satyr has a white necklace. Some incision. Good black glaze inside. | |
