Description:   Piece from upper left corner of panel; part of maeander above, dotted border at right. From a pelike. Panel depicts head of bearded man in profile to right; cloak drawn up over back of head. He wears a fillet with flowers over his forehead. To right, head of snake or bird. No relief contour; added clay for hair ornaments.
Glazed inside to lower edge of neck.
