Description: | Two non-joining fragments of a closed pot, mended from five. a) Draped woman right, following another draped figure; much scratched. Relief Eros in added clay hovering between. The woman holds a string of beads in her hands. A staff(?) at left. Trace of handle attachment above. b) Parts of two draped figures, and trace of a third(?) at left. Metallic glaze, chipped. No relief contour; added clay for the figure of Eros, for the woman's fillet (with a faint trace of gilding) and for her necklace and the beads in her hands. | |
