Description:   Handle and spout missing; otherwise intact. Substantial raised base, flat beneath. The walls flare considerably to meet the gently domed top; spout set well in from shoulder. On the top, two school boys, huddled in mantles, each sitting on a small rectangular stool or bench. One faces the spout, the other the handle. In the field in front of the first hang two objects, writing tablet and stilus? Behind the second, close to the spout, and set just above the reserved ground line, an irregularly shaped uncertain object.
No relief contours; thick fairly good glaze; bottom reserved and washed with pink.
Context:   Well, container 23, middle fill.
