Title:   Oinochoe

Description:   Fragments of wall missing; restored in plaster. Slender ovoid jug on flaring ring foot. The narrow rounded shoulder forms a continuous curve with the neck, which is slightly concave in section and flares toward the round mouth. The lip is flat on top and flaring, set off from the neck by a groove. High arching band handle, attached at lip and shoulder.
Thin glaze wash inside; thicker glaze on neck inside, and on top of lip; also on the outside of the handle, for a band around the wall below the handle attachment, and another covering the base of the wall and the top of the foot.
Context:   Well, middle fill, containers 11-25.
