Shallow bowl; flaring ring foot; lip plain on outside, thickened on inside, flat top surface tilted in; may have had one handle in missing part. Wreath of ivy leaves and berries, in black figured technique, in reserved band around body; kantharos, red figured technique in medallion on floor; another kantharos, red figured, on bottom inside of foot.
ADDENDA This piece was restored and published as a one-handler, on the basis of the character of the rim. It is, however, very likely a plain bowl. See Anisgenna, Ferrara 2, p. 229, pl. XIC, middle row.
