Description:   Much of body and rim restored in plaster. Similar to P 17348 (ΩΔ 332) in shape and decoration. Three glaze bands below handle; wavy line on shoulder, almost a zigzag.
Two similar jugs with wavy lines and bands stored in tins.
ADDENDA P 17348: Low flaring ring base and squat rounded body, curving continuously to plain round mouth; rolled vertical handle rising from rim. Glaze on foot and rim; narrow bands below rim, at the point of greatest diameter and two bands halfway to the foot; vertical bands beside handle panel; wavy band on shoulder. Buff Attic clay. Dull black glaze.
Context:   Well, 7th. c., below east part of Odeion Cavea.
