Description:   Mended from several pieces; mouth and neck and small fragments from body missing. Rays on shoulder; single-line maeander above figure. Maenad wearing dotted, full-sleeved chiton, himation and wreath, standing right, holding a large thyrsos in her left hand. In her right hand, a phiale from which she pours a libation. White for the wreath; white (faded) for sprays spinging from the thyrsos, and for the libation. Partial relief contours.
Context:   Lower sand layer over bedrock (= ostrakon fill).
