Title:   Black Glaze Plate Fragment with Rouletting: Stamped

Description:   Mended from three fragments; about three-quarters of the ring base preserved but none of the sides or rim of the dish, which shows a very faint upward curve toward the edges of the fragment. At the center, within a triple rouletted band, six stamped palmettes, large and careless, connected by interlaced curving lines. Within the low ring foot, irregular scratches through the glaze.
Pink clay; glaze rather dull but firm. somewhat worn with use.
