Title:   Bowl Fragment with Relief Medallion: Emblema of Augustus

Description:   A single fragment preserves the center of the floor, with a very low base ring.
Inside, within a moulded ring, a male head, Augustus, laurel-wreathed, right, in fairly high relief. Outside, around the base ring, remains of floral decoration in low relief: a large leaf and a quatrefoil, repeated four times, and separated by a small object: bud?
Thin fabric of light brown clay; the glaze outside red, inside chocolate brown to reddish.
