Title:   Black Glaze Pitcher

Description:   Mended from three pieces; part of rim, wall, and handle missing. Restored in plaster. Lagynos-shaped jug on flaring ring foot; narrow, slightly out-turned rim; tall narrow neck with two knobs below rim, one at each side of upper handle attachment; lower handle attachment near point of greatest diameter of vase. Two grooves at base of neck.
Dull greenish-black glaze, much worn in front.
Context:   Komos cistern.
