Description: | Fragmentary stand [or lid?] with cut-outs. Lower part preserved; fragments of wall missing. Small stand with rim at base, sides tapering inward in gentle curve. Sides pierced with row of triangles. Scraped groove above and below row of triangles. Decoration in black glaze: large dots on lower rim; broad band above and below triangles; inverted triangles between cut-outs; crude ovolo-dart at top break. Thymiaterion lid(?). Buff clay; badly flaking black glaze, much thinned in ovolo pattern. | |
