Title:   Red Figure Oinochoe Fragment

Description:   A single fragment mended from two preserves part of the neck and shoulder of an oinochoe, shape III. Of the figured scene, only part of a thyrsos remains. The upper border of the panel simulates a headband: egg and dart pattern, with ivy leaves added above and below. Good glaze inside and out. Added clay for the berries of the thyrsos; white with pink over for the ivy leaves. Relief contour not quite complete.
Context:   Well, upper fill.
